For all new patients, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your payment is processed and your reservation is confirmed.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the reserved date and time will receive a full refund.

Less than 24 hours cancellation notice may incur a fee of up to the full amount.

If you need to reschedule your reservation, please contact us at least two days in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
